Director

Bogdan works in the industry since 2007 completing various roles from basic quantity surveying to divisional manager within different companies. He is proudly stating: I have done all roles within this industry and there are very few unknown tasks that I haven`t been in contact with. I strongly believe in the right attitude, carrying about the people you work with and experience, more than anything.

Iulian Barbu
Director

Iulian worked in various construction projects since 2004, mainly on the new build, extensions and loft conversions and since 2012 on refurbishments – Decent Homes Projects.
He is very good in developing working relationship at any level. He is always open to new challenges and trying to learn from everybody with whom is coming across.

David has 40 years in the building industry. Surveyor based moved into management and majored in partnering in the social housing sector.

Victor Salciuc
Commercial Manager

Victor is a dedicated and enthusiastic professional with an extensive experience in sales, buying and procurement. He has an excellent understanding of all commercial aspects, with an emphasis on working on multiple projects, demonstrated by his experience in the industry.
Victor continually works towards profitable expansion and growth whilst preserving and retaining existing clients and contracts.

Samuel Prisacariu
Contracts Manager

Samuel is a professional in the field of Management who has started in this industry in 2004 by stepping into the whole process of works in detail and achieving in the past year the Contracts Manager job position. Samuel is Gas Safe qualified. His experience has lead him to have zero tolerance for Health& Safety.
Participates directly in the activities that produce the end result and always strives to maintain the progress, mutual interaction and tasks of various parties in such a way that reduces the risk of overall failure, maximizes benefits and minimizes costs. He strongly believes in understanding and helping people to promote themselves and reaching that point when you are satisfied for the good you can do for the people around you.
